| Shipping: |
| All shipping is through UPS. Once I have received the tracking number for your item I will e-mail you the number also so that you can keep track of your item(s). Depending on the size of your order, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of cleared purchase. Also, if there is inclement weather (ie. snow), shipping will also be delayed. |
| Refunds and Exchanges: |
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me personally so that we can resolve the issue. If the issue is unresolved then I will be more than happy to give a full refund minus shipping (you are responsible for shipping it back). Please note that all merchandise must be returned within 7 business days (with the original receipt) in the same condition that you received it. THE ITEM MUST NOT BE WORN! |
